Acting Carreer - Taking Off!

Well. I havn't blogged in a while. I'm not 13 anymore (as of November 14th). Now, It's the life of a 14'year old trying to be an actor.

Since I havn't blogged in forever, I have good news.

I am a professional actor. I got a part in a small local film entitled My Mathematical Equation Into The Decent of Hell. Log onto Youtube and type in the title for a behind the scenes video.

I also did another film called Black Eye Redemption in which I played a bully in the 80s. fun.

In my first film, I played multiple characters. One, I was a boy Harris with my own scene. I talk to a TV the whole time - even bow to it. Also, I was a sheep inside of the lead character's mind. It was all a metaphor. The sheep were the student body and teachers and we were running from wolves, who were the bullies.

Recently, I entered a film contest at school and entered a film called THE DOCTOR. My friends (also actors) helped me to create a great film.

Also, I got the lead in the school play, Jitterbug Julliet, as Ron (Romeo) Montague. It's Romeo and Julet in the fifties (like Grease).

Well, help!!

Partially About Me

Hey.

I'm still at my grandparent's. My cousins and I spent the night. We're about to go finish the shoot. We misses A LOT of scenes so we have to redo a couple of them. It should be fun.

Half the time I get on here I just say what I did that day and I don't talk about me. You know I'm 13, I'm in 8th grade, I love movies, books, and music, and I love my cousins and friends and family. Well, there is a lot about me that no one will ever know until I'm [hopefully] an actor. (Finger's crossed).

Shooting Day

Here I am.

I'm at my grandparent's house and I'm with my Bestest cousins in the world.
We spent the day filming an episode of our TV Series and then we went to dinner at 3 Amigos. Then Rita's for some custard.

It was funn-ish.

School Play

Well. Hello, nobody.

My School Drama Club is about to start and now that I'm just started 8th grade, I'm praying for the lead.
In previous years, we did "Funny you Should Ask" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream". I had fairly small roles like Jason and Snout. That's probably because my audition sucked.
Well, this year, I will study it and learn it. Memorize it and get the lead.
We're doing a fifties mini-musical. Ooh, fun.

TV Series/Marathon

So. This post goes to nobody! As usual......

Here, my cousins have a TV series that we film. No, it's not on TV. No, no one will ever see it. YES, it's the most embarrasing thing E V E R ! In the series, a bear named Panda solves mysteries (this idea is copyrighted). I know! It's kind of bad but A LOT of fun.

Today I went to lunch and had pizza. Then, I got a bike helmet and a cup holder.

Tomorrow, my mom is walking the ROCK AND ROLL 1/2 MARATHON here in Norfolk, VA. My dad and me are going down to the beach to ride bikes and watch her cross the finish line. 13 miles this thing is! It's only a 1/2 marathon, so it's not 26 miles. Thank GOD!

Screenplay

Today, I really got started on my screenplay. I have started others but never got into them but this story is a classic that a lot of people will like, I think! I DID finish a short 25-page screenplay with my best friends. It's a horror comedy film. We are trying to find time to film it but with school and busy weekends we can't seem to find the time.

Bike Ride

Today, my friends (no names available) and I went on a lengthy bike ride. I live in a circular neighborhood and we did about 10 laps. Now, we are sitting inside enjoying the AC. I did just get my school school schedule for the eighth grade. I got the worst Spanish and the worst PE teachers in my school so I just CAN'T WAIT! (sarcasm)

Well, my friends are VERY bored so I will blog later.

Staying Grounded: The Good Kind!

Well. Here I am again. The thing about blogs is that some people just talk to no one. I feel like one of those people. Now, people MIGHT find my blog and see that I'm so young and say "NOPE" and just X out that very second. I think that kids need more credit. Yes, some are immature and perverted and stupid but some are mature and grounded. That is what I think I am. Grounded and Mature. Some people call me a kid and I say "I'm thriteen. I'm a teenager. Give me some credit!!!".

The thing about being grounded - that doesn't happen with child actors. They take everything for granted and aren't thankful and the only excuse when people blame them for not being grounded is "I'm here for my FANS!!!". For some people, What Fans? No one likes you. Seriously I want to scream at some people because of this.

Gosh, I get SO distracted talking to no one. If someone miracuously sees this, please comment and say that you at least read it. At least part of it.

Recenty, at a college in Virginia, (I won't say the name.....) I got a part in a independant film here. I play SO many weird roles. I am Harris. Goth Kid. SHEEP!
Also, the boy in the locker room, gym, classroom, and cafeteria. I'm EVERYWHERE.

Blog ya l8r.

Starting Post

Hello whoever actually cares about me......

Well, I'm 13 years old. I am an aspiring writer and actor (mainly actor) and today I saw Julie & Julia. I loved it. Meryl Streep in the perfect Julia Child and Amy Adams is the perfect Julie Powell. I started reading peaces of her blog and I think these are two women who really influenced cooking, blogs, books, and films.

Knowing that these two actresses (Streep and Adams) have worked together before (Doubt), in fact in this movie they never have a scene together. I can't wait to go to the Smithsonian and see Child's kitchen.

Well, now I HAVE to go to a relatives to see a cousin I only met a month ago at a family reunion. Oh, that was fun. (Up and down and up and down) HAHA.
